I’ve been a student of yoga for almost a decade, but it wasn’t until a few years ago that I began to truly grasp its dual nature—that it's as much about internal growth as it is a physically challenging practice.
As my curiosity to expand my knowledge of the practice grew, I decided to dive in deeper and take a yoga teacher training. I was fortunate to study under some of the best yoga educators O'ahu has to offer with Hawai'i Yoga Institute.
Ever since then, I’ve been teaching weekly classes. As a teacher, I facilitate a space for students to come as they are and connect to the body with mindfulness. I believe that true wellness extends beyond physical health, encompassing mental and emotional well-being. In my classes, you can expect a physical challenge paired with deep mindfulness and connection to the breath.
